Chef Giacomino Drago is responsible for this celebrated kitchen, where, for over 20 years, the highlights of the menu have relied on the homemade pasta, like the garganelli with broccoli and sausage.

One of the most traditional omakase-only bars in Beverly Hills, Nozawa is the brainchild of legendary Master Chef Osamu Fujita. At Nozawa, diners can expect a 22-course sushi meal, with each dish prepared with traditional techniques and blazing speed, with only the freshest fish being served every night. Only 10 guests can be served at a time, so not only are reservations required, you can’t get in without one.
Aside from a reservation, Nozawa also requires that all guests adhere to very strict house rules that include punctuality (your spot WILL be given away if you’re on time), respecting the chef’s choices of sushi (asking for changes is considered rude and it might lead you to getting kicked out), and absolutely NO special requests.

Much like Nozawa, Tempura Endo is another Japanese specialty-restaurant with limited seating (it only serves 8 people a night), but unlike Nozawa, has a more relaxed feel, thanks to its lantern-lit stone pavement entrance and the thick with Japanese incense without being overpowering. Tempura Endo is a mix between a Zen garden and one of the best five-star restaurants in all of Beverly Hills.
Guests are encouraged to watch their chefs prepare their dishes, with each tempura carefully constructed, salted using one of five specialty salts, then dipped in a special batter hand-made for every tempura. Three different tasting menus offer various courses of tempura, complemented by a host of sashimi and side salads.

Legendary chef and American treasure Thomas Keller started Bouchon over 20 years ago and has since become synonymous with approachable and minimalist haute French cuisine. Bouchon takes its name from a type of restaurant found in Lyon, France, and in that aspect, Thomas Keller hopes to elevate homey French food into fine dining without losing the elegant simplicity of its roots.
Although famous as a bistro, Bouchon also boasts a bakery that specializes in traditional French breads and patisseries and, while priced much less than its bistro counterpart, does not go light on flavor and experience.
